Terms of Sales

1-RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

All reservations must go through the website and must be accompanied by a deposit payment of 50% of the total rental price.

An e-mail confirming the reservation of your stay will be sent to you.

The full rental price is due one month before the start of your stay.

The reservation of one of our stays implies the acceptance of our present general conditions of sale.

2-PRICE

The minimum booking period is set at 2 nights outside school holidays for which the minimum period is set at 1 week.

The prices are scalable according to the period chosen in accordance with the information available on the price page of the website.

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and include the provision of accommodation, charges included (water, electricity, heating, wood and wifi access), the supply of linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) as well as access in the hammam and sauna for the marmotte gîte and in the spa for the mouflon gîte.

The supply of linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) as well as cleaning at the end of the stay are mandatory options mentioned: the prices are available on the price page of the website and are valid regardless of the period and the number rental nights.

Beds will be made upon arrival.

Capacity: the capacity of each gite is defined at the time of booking. If the number of people exceeds this maximum provided at the time of booking, we may refuse additional people.

3-CITY TAX

The tourist tax collected on behalf of the community is not included in the price. Its amount is 1.4 €/person/night for people over 18 years old.

4-CANCELLATION OF STAY BY THE TENANT

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to fermedesoulan@gmail.com.

No deposit will be refunded: it remains acquired for the owner of the cottage.

If the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the start of your stay, the balance will be requested and not returned: we will keep 100% of the amount of the stay.

The non-presentation of the tenants on the day initially planned or a delayed arrival or an early departure will not give right to any refund of the amount of the stay whatever the reason.

5-SECURITY

A deposit of 1500 € will be requested upon your arrival. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay or at the latest 15 days after your departure and after payment of the services and deduction made of the compensation withheld for any damage caused (following the contradictory inventory of fixtures between your day of arrival and your day of departure) so if the gîte is returned in a good state of cleanliness (trash cans emptied (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and toilets) and evacuated, household appliances, kitchen and dishes clean and tidy)): a flat rate of €150 will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance with these instructions.

A flat rate of €150 will also be deducted in the event of payment of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks in the outdoor spa for the Mouflon gîte.

In case of loss of the keys, the owner or his representative will be obliged to change the barrel of the door at the expense of the tenant.

6-ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Reception and key collection take place from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. They must be returned between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

In case of late arrival, the keys will be available in a key box.

An inventory will be made by the owner or his representative on your arrival and on your departure.

7-INSURANCE

The tenant is required to insure against rental risks through a holiday extension, or a specific contract limited to his stay, in particular for theft, water damage and fire).

8-INTERNAL RULES

The tenant agrees not to exceed the number of people that can accommodate the cottage.

The tenant is required to maintain the chalet in good working order in accordance with the inventory.

The tenant must comply with the regulations in force, particularly with regard to safety, hygiene, sanitation, roads and the police and not affect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a complaint being filed, only the tenant will be held liable.

The tenant must ensure that all exits (doors and windows) are closed when he leaves the premises during and at the end of his stay.

It is strictly forbidden to bring skis, ski boots, sledges and all ski equipment as well as mountain bikes into the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, wellness and spa area or onto the terrace.

In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations and for any vandalism, we reserve the right to deduct the costs for the damage caused and theft of objects from the deposit.

End-of-stay cleaning does not include cleaning the kitchen (small and large household appliances, hob, crockery which must also be washed and put away); trash cans should also be emptied. Containers are at your disposal in the car park to the right of the sign "La ferme de Soulan".

We will take care of the stove and the barbecue.

The gîtes of the Soulan farm are entirely non-smoking. Ashtrays are available in each gite to be used on the terraces.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties are prohibited.

We also ask you to read on your arrival the rules for the use of the hammam, sauna for the Marmotte gîte and spa for the Mouflon gîte displayed on the premises.

It is strictly forbidden to pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks into the outdoor spa.

In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations and for any vandalism, we reserve the right to deduct the costs for the damage caused and theft of objects from the deposit.

It is possible to book the 2 gîtes at the same time, but the capacity of the dining tables inside does not allow meals for 20 people to be taken except on the terrace in summer.

9-LIABILITY

We would like to inform you that we cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal effects in our residences, both in the gîtes and in the car park or premises.
